Participation in most of our ensembles is based on an audition. Students are placed according to ability, but one additional consideration is that we need balanced numbers for each ensemble. Our auditions consist of 3 components: scales, a prepared solo piece, and sightreading.
Our ensembles rehearse from late September through late May. Students perform 3 concerts and may have additional performance opportunities throughout the season.
In addition to our high quality musical instruction, students are often invited to attend local concerts for free or discounted prices. Students may also be eligible to participate in our Mentor Program and get free lessons.
Tuition for all ensembles is $750. Payment plans and financial aid are available (please complete the Financial Aid Form and bring it to your audition).
